Contact Stilldraw
Use the contact form at stilldraw.com/#contact with what happened, your device model and operating system version, and your Stilldraw app version or browser name and version. Never include login codes or passwords. Only include drawings if you choose to share them for support.
Your login code
Use Create account for your first visit. Returning users can use Log in. Check spam if the email is missing, and use the newest six-digit code. Wait a minute before requesting another.
Saving and connection
Cloud saves need an internet connection. Unsaved drafts stay on this device. If another device changed your journal, reload the cloud journal in Settings before saving again. Your local draft is kept.
Adding drawings
Use a notebook photo or export an image from your drawing app. JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC and HEIF uploads are supported up to 20 MB. Native Procreate project files need to be exported as an image first.
Keeping a copy
Settings → Export journal & drawings creates a JSON backup with saved entries and images. Save drafts before exporting. Importing backups is not available yet.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account removes your account and cloud work. Export anything you want to keep first. If deletion is interrupted, retry; your account is locked against further saves while cleanup finishes. Contact us if retrying does not resolve it.
